La PP02 adatta ad accoppiare il puntale in materiale termoplastico alla tomaia.

Pressetta per umidificare la tomaia e riattivare il puntale prima del montaggio su forma.

L’umidificazione avviene attraverso la pressetta superiore che riscalda ed inietta sul tomaio vapore surriscaldato, mentre la riattivazione avviene per mezzo del pressore inferiore che riscalda la fodera ed il puntale.

Macchina termo-riattivatrice del collante sulle suole e sul fondo della scarpa, con piano reclinabile e riscaldatori ad infrarosso per il fondo.

La riattivazione della colla sulla suola si ottiene con delle lampade a raggi infrarossi: in pochi secondi portano la superficie della suola alla temperatura necessaria.

La riattivazione del collante sul fondo della scarpa si ottiene tramite resistenze elettriche poste al di sotto del piano superiore in inox.

Grazie al pannello di controllo installato è possibile regolare:

  • Il tempo di accensione delle lampade
  • Il tempo di pausa (necessario per omogenizzare il ciclo produttivo)
  • La temperatura del piano per la riattivazione del fondo scarpa

Tunnel di stiratura, invecchiamento, stabilizzazione e raffreddamento.

Questa macchina si differenzia dai normali forni di stiratura per i tempi prolungati di trattamento termico a temperature meno elevate

La scarpa o stivale, lentamente copia la forma lasciando il giusto tempo ai diversi tipi di materiale di modificarsi.

Al termine del processo di stiratura, la successiva camera di raffreddamento, fissa la tomaia e tutti i particolari sulla forma, in modo da renderla stabile anche dopo il successivo scalzamento.

Le regolazioni effettuabili sono: temperatura aria da 80° a 160°C, temperatura del vapore da 120 a 160 °C, percentuale di vapore da 0 a 100%, temperatura camera di raffreddamento da 5° a 15°C.
